Our curriculum includes forms, sparring, weapons training, and a constant study of striking and trapping techniques. We use drills, bag work, and isometric and body weight exercises to increase our power and endurance. We stretch safely and efficiently to achieve maximum flexibility. Ages 7 + up Studying Kung Fu from a young age lays a foundation in fitness and self-confidence that lasts a lifetime. It’s a healthy channel for kids natural energy, and a good way for kids to learn responsibility and leadership. Our classes are designed to introduce children to the basics of Kung Fu. Through engaging and fun activities, kids will learn fundamental techniques, improve their coordination, and build confidence in a supportive environment as well as learning forms, developing strength and flexibility.
Tai Chi involves gentle physical exercise and stretching performed at your own pace. Its slow, graceful movements keep your body in constant motion, offering benefits such as reduced anxiety and depression, improved balance, muscle strength, and flexibility. It also helps lower blood pressure, relieve chronic pain, and increase energy, endurance, and agility.
Join our Advanced Tai Chi classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00 PM to 5:45 PM. These sessions focus on advanced techniques and movements, perfect for practitioners seeking to challenge themselves and refine their Tai Chi abilities in a supportive environment.
