We’ll be joining Shifu Kwong Ho Cheuk to learn the Chen 38 Movement Form 陈氏太极拳 三十八式 (Chén Shì Tàijíquán Sānshíbā Shì.) This is a great opportunity to be introduced to Old Frame Chen Tai Chi. This seminar is open to all Tai Chi students. It is beginner-friendly, but experience in any style of Tai Chi or martial arts will be helpful.

The three section staff 三節棍 (sān jié gùn) is a flail weapon made of three wooden sticks connected by a metal chain. It is a relatively recent addition to the historical arsenal of Kung Fu weapons. It is an advanced weapon. This workshop is not for children or beginners. Students should be familiar with staff at a minimum, and ideally with double sticks as well. Cost is $200 per student.
